Couple things:
First, I would like to thank the SG Admins, Powers-That-Be, or the "glitch" which brought back so many of my departed friends to the site. I've lost track of many awesome people over the years, but these folks count among the awesomest and I'm happy for any reason to talk with/visit/take nekkid pictures of them again.
Second, I just noticed that when a member changes their handle, it screws up links to their previous screennames. Case in point: in previous blog entries where I've referred to Misa_ as "misamisa," clicking her old name dumps you rather unceremoniously at SG's front door. Clicking the link to her set ("Lawn Games," by the way,) still gets you there, but says she's "no longer active on the site." Yes, I'm asking a lot for old screennames to be automatically forwarded, but it's annoying when finding them indirectly means finding me.
Third, and finally, I would just like to say out loud that for all the things that suck in my life these days, I can count twice as many things that are just absolutely wonderful. One of them is that this site gives me an artistic outlet, and some of its members literally give themselves as inspiration, both in and out of the SG realm. For that I am eternally grateful. (of course, cash would be cool too...)
