Greetings and salutations:Well things were rather interesting this past week.My work which is normally in a slow period has been busy,this of course is playing havoc cause we have lots of people off on holidays.It did'nt help that on tuesday there was a plane crash at Pearson on Tuesday, this shutdown the airport till early Wednesday morning.Now this puts everything out of whack till oh about Thursday and for some reason our customers think it's our responsibilty/fault that their flights are cancelled or delayed and they should not have to pay for cacelling their ride when the limo is sitting in their driveway.Eventhough they knew the flight was cancelled because the airline had called them hours ago (There were no deaths in the crash and no major injuries).Ok end of whine/rant.
So the other day I'm outside having a smoke when these two old ladies come walking down the driveway, I turn to see what they want and the one starts on about jesus and how if I don't repent I'm going to hell.Now i don't mind other people talking about their beliefs but DO NOT start spouting that shit around me or my daughter! I told them to get the Hell out here and the bitch has the audacity to ask why?!?!?So about then my dog starts up cause he can me and he knows the tone I'm using,so I tell the thumpers they have till I count to 3 before I let the dog out.I get to the door and a count of two before they leave.Some people I tell ya.Ever had to deal with a similar situation??
