So .. I fell off a ladder yesterday,only about 3ft but enough to bend one of the ladder legs.Got a good thunking bruise on my arm and a twisted knee out of the deal. 
We were down to the inlaws in the evening and the Bean was running around tripped and head first into the couch leg,instant panic as there was a very loud crack 
She is ok perhaps a concusion (mild) and a nice purple goose egg on the side of her forhead.Luckily she has inherated my hard head and was up running around and playing in about five minutes. Scared the crap outa me when it happened though.
It's dull cold and drizzely here which suits my mood, I've been suffering rather badly from migraines lately and have some new pills to try for tha next atack.Work is .... do I really need to say?Hope that all is well.Take care.
