Time TRAVEL!
Sunday night I had a blast with Phoebe, again. We went karaoke with another friend of mine Joe. The joint, Hula Hula (I'm a regular there, if you haven't figured this out yet) and it was le awesome. Phoebe sang her little heart out and EVEN did Anita Baker.
An-i-ta. BAKER. I love the song she did. "Giving You The Best That I Got." It was, pretty much amazing.
Joe and Phoebe-monster were effing DOUCHEbags and snuck in a song or two for me, one of which was Heart Barracu--SUCK! (only because I can't sing it. Otherwise it's the greatest song of all time.) I butchered it. It was very much a crying shame. (sigh) It was quite sad. As sweet sweet revenge, I returned the favor by having Phoebe do a Queen song. Should she decide to make an appearance on la blog, I will let her spill the beans as to which song it was. Note: She hates me. She hates me so good.
Overall, it was a blast, and at the end of the night it became apparent that I will miss Phoebe greatly. She is by far one of THE BEST people on SG. It makes me very sad that she's going across the fucking country, but the good news is that she is expanding her wonderful life and I will be free to visit should our schedules permit.
Besides, I've never been to New York.
Meanwhile, Phoebe has successfully made an impression on my friends as I believe one has fallen butt-crazy-in-love with her, another appreciates her brain smarts and the rest of them love the way she dances! (we went dancing Saturday night too. She was a hit at the bar, with her awesome smile and awesome butt. Ahem.)
Washington will miss you! Especially me.

Anyway, I'll miss you too, lady. And you must come visit.
A place everyone should go once.
