I just talk about that with a colleague at work, she is French now, but is native from Romania, and she told me in east european countries, animals aren't well treated like they are in West countries. What you told is impossible in France for example. Even if there's individual maltreatment like anywhere else, i'd never thought burning animals alive would be possible, as a legal activity
