Well, tonight is the first night I've really had trouble sleeping.

I'll probably fall asleep again soon.

I start work next week, which should be interesting. I also find out that we might have to move, because of some issues with lead paint and crap, which blows. Not like it'd be hard, seeing as I have everything pretty much read to go as it is right now, but the prospect of it still seems a bit daunting.

Life is cool though. I've made a few new friends, Willy has adjusted really well, and I'm content where I am in life. Not everything is quite where I want it to be, but that's to be expected after a huge move. Actually, things have been a lot more mellow for me than I presumed they would be, which is a really nice feeling. So many fears that I had just simply resolved themselves, making for a really smooth transition.

So yeah... Time for me to try sleeping again. I can't wait until I have a real bed here instead of this shitty air mattress. Just a few more days, just a few more days.

It's a nice thought to think that this happiness thing I've been chasing all these years might just be waiting in the wings.
