so i had a very crazy day of training.so all over the place and very confusing and also made me feel like what the hell am i doing i'm never going to understand this crazy intranet shit..ahhh 
but i'm really surprised there's not more people working there.i remeber when i first went to west last year and the whole floor was packed and buzzing.?
well hopefully things will start to work themselves out in my brain after all it was only the second day.lol
but they make you feel so??hmm.pressured to learn everything as soon as you look at it.or today gave up excerises to do.but no one had any idea what the hell they were doing or how to find the information on the site to answer any of the questions.and then when you think you have the info and you go read it the question your trying to answer is so vague and the info is too much you dont know what the hell they want you to answer.also alot of it was out of date.or pages were skipped or missing from the booklet.so you get fustrated looking for an answer and feel stupid only to findout it's not there...i'm sure there must be a better way of getting people to be able to learn all the cell phone stuff and billing and policy and procedure than were getting!!!!!

Here's a few words of advice for you, knowing your aversion to cough syrup: stay away from Absolut Raspberri vodka. I bought a bottle yesterday out of curiosity and if you drink it straight, it definitely tastes like Robitussin!
