Went to the Greenland Productions christmast party last night, mostly because I know a bunch of people there and I host their website and one of my client was there. Plus a few friends were there too.
I was expecting it to be dreary like the HVW8/Brass Knuckle Crew/Transform Media christmast party but it was actually pretty cool. My first time at O Patro Vis, Bily Kun's upstairs.
I had a great conversation on copyright, the internet and the music industry with my friend S. who's doing her Master's thesis on the subject and my friend J. who's my local NDP supporter / left-wing old punk dude. The only downside was the beer for 5.75$ a pint.
