Hi everyone!
I just wanted to take a moment and share some of the leading ladies in my life who make me feel loved, special and inspired. @missy and @rambo have created a beautiful hashtag called #spiritofSG where we share with you all about people in the SG community who mean a lot to us! Here is my go -- some ladies from the south who mean a lot to me.
@fresa is an absolute angel! She is fun, kind, smart and super cheeky! Spending time with her whenever either of us travels is always such a pleasure. She makes me blush and feel so welcome in her presence. We always sit and chat, giggle, rant until it is time for us to part again. It is always so bittersweet to leave the ones you feel connected to back in their places of residence. Bitter because you don’t want to go and sweet because you appreciate the time you’ve had together and know that the next time will be just as lovely. I am looking forward to the next time that I get to be in her presence. I miss you, gal!
@wednesdaya is a firecracker! She is loud, fun, and full of color. Even though she loves black and all things spooky, she is as vibrant as they come! My last trip down south was my first time meeting her but she made it feel like we had been long time friends. There is never a dull moment with that beautiful soul! She speaks to the dark part of my heart and I have always believed that it's perfect to have friends and lovers for each part of yourself. There is no greater way to bond.
Both of these women are capable, intelligent, quick to listen with an open heart and make you feel like your best self. What better way to show my appreciation other than posting them for my version of #spiritofsg!?
