Things are actually on there way to getting better. Its going to be a tight couple of weeks, but as long as my car holds up, Ill make it. Lets see, things that have gotten bettermy car didnt need a new fuel pump, so it was about a hundred bucks less than I thought it would be, so I had enough cash to go see X (more on that later). Since my car was fixed before the MVA closed on Friday, I got my real tags for the 240. I know I am going to have a love/hate relationship with this car, but its gotta last me, at least I like the way it drives and looks, its just gotta keep working. I also found someone to look after my cats for the months that Ill be living in Naptown; my best friend Christian and his fiance Dawn, which is really cool because I know Ill still get to see them a lot. The two things that suck as are the facts that I have nearly no $ right now and even next Friday when I get paid, that money is already spent. Ill have a few bucks for a cushin until the next check and I think Im going to be selling some stuff at a yard sale next weekend, so the finaces are starting to get better. Not really, but at least they arent getting worse. Im going to start to be able to pay my all my debts (slowly) in a month or two. I hope to dig myself out entirely in a year, but that might be wishful thinking. The other thing that sucks is having to move this week, but it has to get done, no sense in bitching about it.

So yeah, X, fucking amazing. Seriously one of the best shows Ive ever been to. They were soooo good. If I had the money (which I probably could scrape up) and the time (have to pack, grrr), Id totally see them in DC tonight. Im checking there tour dates to see if they come back within a day trip car ride. Billy Zoom is now my favorite guitarist ever. John Doe still looks 25 and is much better on bass compared to way back when. Exene is right up there with Iggy as the greatest front person Ive ever seen. God I wish I could see them in DC tonight.
