Practice, practice, practice...we've been practicing a lot recently. We're recording an EP next week which should be fun and irritating. The studio can be fun, but it can also be frustrating to the point where it feels like your spine is being ripped out. If the end result is a great EP, it will be worth the frustration.

Speaking of frustration, something went wacky with my exhaust, AGAIN. Fortunately I'm taking back to the guy who sold it to me on Wed to get new rack boots and a tie rod, so he can patch it up then. I don't care if it has minor problems, as long as it keeps running and it passes inspection without totally defunding me.

Went to a party last night, but probably should have taken it easy and got to bed early. Now I feel sick as balls. You really shouldn't drink more than 2 Sparks in a night. Can we say dehydration? I certainly can feel it.

Played with the Shakedowns a few nights back, Fucking amazing show. I remember towards the end their set, Dave stripped to his jockey's and then I picked him up Ozzy/Randy Rhodes style. Fun times. Rock n roll. Hochi coo.
