I'm going to start studying for the GRE today, since it is looming over me. Also, I must clean. Maybe make curtains for the bedroom. Invite my parents for dinner. Maybe, if I have time, do a little perusing of my neighborhood thrift store.
I'm reading that Philip K. Dick collection now. I'm digging it. I firmly believe that science fiction is the single most underrated genre of literature. I guess it doesn't help when great stories are constantly being made into really bad movies (Blade Runner excluded).
This whole recall business is pissing me off. People are so easily misled. If everyone is so upset over the california deficit that they want to recall our governor, why don't they take the same action to recall our national leader, who has us in much worse trouble? I also don't understand why the republicans want him out of office, he's about as close to a republican as a democrat can be. Whatever.
