Well. We kinda missed the SG show last night. We went after class, but didn't get there until about five minutes before the performance ended. Oh well. If I hadn't taken the time to run home and fix a drink and tart myself up, maybe we would have made it. But I would've felt like shit without a little booze and a little pink dress.

... speaking of shit, that's how I feel right now: dehydrated, sleep-deprived, overworked and over-caffienated. But I went to Real Food Daily for lunch! yummy vegan deliciousness! snotty waitress, though.

I'm going to a wedding this friday. Does anyone here know anything about wedding etiquette? Like, I know it's bad form to wear white to a wedding (for whatever reason), but is it ok to wear, say, an off-white dress with big red roses on it? Also, I have no dress that really covers my tattoos. I'm going to be such an embarassment to carlos with big tattoos and a white dress. And what do you get for a couple that really doesn't have much of anything? they're really starting from scratch and are not registered. ack.

I do not want to ever get married. How can I arrange things so that I still get presents and a party and a honeymoon?

oh, also. I was harassed on the street today by a group of guys shouting obscene things at me. And I ignored them. Didn't say anything. I really regret letting them get away with that. Most street harassment in LA comes from guys in cars, and here I had a chance to stand up to some jackasses face to face and I felt too threatened to do a thing.
