I GOT BACK TO THE GYM!!!!! sorry to shout, i'm just really really happy! it's crazy how good lifting heavy things makes me feel.( wow that was grammatically awful) no limitations really, my pecs are burning quite a bit, but i didn't feel like my new boobs were in any danger. so, now i'm ready to start crossing things off my bucket list.
