so, occupy wall street has come to our little town. besides the fact that our town has as much corporate presence as mayberry did, they're sleeping in the park down the street. what this poor privileged, entirely white male group doesn't know though, is that the park they're 'occupying' is quite well known by us around here, and chances are they are the only ones in the park without a weapon. there was a shooting or a stabbing there just recently (can't remember which, it's a weekly occurrence), beatings are not uncommon, and a 13 year old boy was shot in that park. but, nobody'll rob them, cause they're protesters, right?

From a publicity angle...it would actually be a strong boost to the movement if something DID happen to them. "Local Protesters injured in blah blah blah... crime and unemployment have been running rampant" ... I can be a cold hearted bastards sometimes.
