I don't know if this will help, but start to be selfish. Start to think about YOUR wants and desires. Start to think about what it is you want in a guy (and don't say your ex, you don't really want to be treated like that).

Maybe things will get better. I heard from a friend that Damian still cares. I don't know what to think because he told me he didn't, but this gives me hope. I just hope I don't get thrown back into that pit again, because I won't be able to crawl back this time.
