Oh man!
I'm so bummed!
my good friend Erin and I have been planning this trip to London and Prauge over April vacation for months. We've been dreaming and salivating over it, i was especially excited because i haven't been abroad in over 3 years.
Erin is a dancer by profession, and she just dropped me an email saying she can't go to prauge in april because she has a performance in the middle of vacation. I compleatley understand that dance is her life, her job and her art, that she dances to eat and she can't be turning down work but MAN am I bummed.if she were cancelling for anything other than a job I'd be miffed but this is really important. It still sucks though. I have a longer april break this year because it lines up with good friday, so there would have been plenty of time to travel. on the upside waiting till the summer will give us more time to save money, but on the down side, Europe is clogged with tourists in the summer and i prefer to travel in the off season and now i'll be sitting on my ass for 11 days in April.

I could just go somewhere else by myself, but I don't know if I can afford two trips this year. I want to do SOMETHING over vacation, but I'll probably have to do it by myself.
Any ideas?
