Happy Halloween!!
It's Ramadan over here, so nobody really celebrates halloween... I think its against their religion or something... which is wierd because they can only eat at night, so you'd figure even the adults would be out trying to get candy.. i dunno... its always halloween for the kids in my area, tho... i swear i give out a pound of candy a week on patrols =)
