Wow, I'm jealous. That sounds like the perfect day to me. Just as you are thankful for second chances, you can't forget to be thankful for the lazy days. I know I wish I had more of them
Don't even get me started on the in-law get togethers. Ugh.
My family has a pretty strained relationship with each other. If there was a reunion- it would only be for a couple of hours tops. My hubby's family wants to spend the whole weekend together.
Usually I get out of them- but I'm running out of excuses.
