Thank God for Web Cams!
My husband is in Buffalo, NY and now that we have the cams my son and I can see him. New Years Eve was a little bad but it would have been worse if I wasn't able to see him on the web cam. We hadn't worked out the sound problem then but at least we saw each other. Since there is a hot 3hr difference cuz I am in Cali right now he got off web about 3hrs before midnight so I drank one of those half sized bottles of champagne. Then took myself to bed about 1am and tried to ignore the special people that live next door to my mother bang on their drum set until 1:30am. Notice I said bang and not play.
Then, the night before last I had an epiphany. While eating some pie I realized that my desires for such things aren't going to change so instead of waiting to get back home to start exercising again(going home was postponed by 2 1/2 weeks), I need to get my fat ass going. So this morning I did. I did about 3 miles on a trail at Kenneth Hahn State Rec Area,. . .

I started going back to the gym...I started power yoga and that class kicked my ass...Im sore all over and plan on going back tommorrow again. Also, I started calorie counting, and upon doing so, I noticed that I dont eat as much as I should. My calorie limit is 1200 and I know I dont eat that everyday.
