So I tried duck today in cooking class. Some lady speaker brought it and talked about the stuff that Indiana produces. Some things are....

~Edy's Ice Cream
~Honey - that stuff never goes bad unless you get water in it
~Duck - didn't taste too bad. it was dark meat....i'm a fan of white.
~Melons
~Beans
~Soy Beans
~Corn - did you know they can make fabric from corn? she brought in a blanket that they made from it
~Mint
~Poultry
~Tomatos (Red Gold)
~Blueberries
~Wine - we have a few big wine companies and I guess now they can make champagne and what not

So on....

It was kind of cool.
