how is a psychiatrist supposed to correctly evaluate a patient's mind and their true behaivior when their mind and their personality is being effected by medications they are precribed by that doctor? isn't that just a little bit fucking stupid? i mean how exactly can they get a correct diagnosis out of that patient that way? i know from almost 10 years of personal experience that medications, particularly mood stabilizers, anti-psychotics and anti-depressants alter your personality, mood your eating habits, your sex-life, your temper, i could go on and on. and you know as well as i do that these are all things that a damned shrink scribbles down in their book to make their diagnosis on you. now, the first fucking day you go into that office to meet them i can almost guarantee you, you will get at least one prescribtion. most of these doctors, if you can call them that, probably couldnt tell you the common side-effects of medications they prescribe (like mine) .... honestly i think my psychiatrist got her degree online or on that commmercial you see on tv... you know the one im talking about. "Get your diploma from home!" bluh. some non-accredited shit. or she just got it out of a cracker-jack box.
as you can tell therapy has not worked for me this time 'round. i started back in June. i had been 'therapy and medication-free' for just a little over 2 years. there is no medication for what i have. i have heard what all these fucking doctors have to say so many times it makes me want to vomit. and the therapists are just jokes.

m going to wash my face and maybe kick something
