Thanks........ When I used to work grave shift for the Transportation Agency, I would get sick from all the bums and scumbag people we dealt with....... So when I would get sick I used to Dayquil it up, that shit gives you mad energy, then to cool down take Nyquil....... yeah do the saltwater and stay hydrated that should do it
