Ho-lee-crap!
Well, ive had a interesting week of "vacation". I go to the river to stay with my folks and spend some time blasting past people in my boat when I get hit with my allergies and a disintegrating starter. But it first seems like it's the battery (no not the allergies!). So I spend 100 some odd bux on a new, more appropriate battery that I needed to get anyway. but then removed the starter to find that parts had shattered. Bought a new starter and now the bolts are too short because the old starter had a larger aluminum body and the new on has a smaller steel body! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGHHH!
So, no drag race winnings this weekend.
Next, I had to wade through the very stuff I am alergic to yesterday, and despite being drugged to the gills with every allergy medicine known to man I was shortly there after on the verge of anaphelactic shock. I made straight for the local pharmacy and pounded half a bottle of liquid benadryl to counter the reaction. That was about three times what I needed according to the poison control Doctor on the hotline. I called the hotline after nearly falling asleep on the highway. So after a rather enjoyable day of antihistemine induced slumber I was good to go.
Today I resolved to pay a glut of bills and find some air conditioning for my pad. I love Home Depot! It's my toy store! So now, I am basking in the cool wonderfulness of conditioned, and filtered air. Now all I need is one of those Sharper Image Ionic Breeze thingy's. My grandparents have them and every time I visit I am clear in about half an hour.
It's a beautiful thing!
Drink a margarita and listen to some Jimmy Buffet. It's good for you.
