Hello, SGland :)
This is my first blog homework.
Eating healthy with nutritious food (healthy mind in healthy body) and feeding the intellect trying to consume content (especially books) that makes me a better person than I was before. I spend a little of my time meditating. I believe that wellness is integral and I try to have a balance of body, mind and heart.
The truth has cost me a lot of discipline. It's a daily effort, it is to be constant and sometimes I fail but I always try again.
Take good care of your self and don't forget SELF-LOVE! :)
