A couple of intense physio sessions seems to have sorted out my shoulder....for now!!

Nothing much has really happened since Wednesday. The last two weekends have left me with pretty limited going out funds, and with a friends 30th party in two weeks, I'm keeping a large chunk back for that. I'll need it! The last two times we've got together have been expensive and very drunken!

Really not achieved a great deal this weekend, except cooking two lovely steam-baked salmon meals - something I don't do very often.

Very little writing has been done...but I've been gathering photos for the "photographic" version of the story...

Back to work tomorrow.....back to sleep
