If Only You Knew

If only you knew the hell you put me through.
I'm sad, but you wouldn't care, would you?
I'm broken like the window I put my fist through
I'm hurt, but I know it doesn't matter to you.

I don't take you for granted, you see.
So when you're mad it kills me.
The tears I'm crying you'll never see.
Because you don't care at all for me.

That's how I feel, can you prove me wrong?
Words can't explain in a poem or a song,
How badly I want - just this once -
to be wrong.

If only you knew how many tears I've cried.
Or how many people I've told that I'm fine
Just so they wouldn't see that I'm hurt, yeah, I lied.
If you only you knew that inside I have died.
