Persacon and Crisiscon will be here in no time..
and I've really got to do something about my weight =/
I used to be in a lot better control of it, but it's gotten bad..
A couple of months ago I decided to become vegetarian.. not to lose weight, but because It was healthier in general..
I do feel a lot better, but.. I've only maintained my weight..
SO.
I ended up joining SparkPeople last monday.. and I really think it's going to help me out a LOT.
I think my problem is that I don't know how many calories is in whatever I'm eating.. and thus I consume WAY too much. That and I'm not getting enough water or exercise, really.
I love the place already. I'm on there just about everyday >>;
