Okay, here's another journal entry. I don't know what's going to come out, but I'll just start.

I got a guy coming over now and I'm gonna talk to him about how to stop drinking the way I was taught. It's kind of intimidating since he's been drinking for more years than I've been alive. I know I have something to offer him, but I can't really tell if he can take it seriously enough from a kid who spilled more than he drank. I'm just going to do what I was taught and be confident about everything that I am *and* everything that I'm not. And be able to admit I don't know.

Hey I know you've got the strength and intelligence to beat those irrational urges. I'm glad you've gotten support from others who've been there. Don't let that shit take over your life. You've got the most amazing miracle of creation sitting in that noggin of yours. No need to medicate it. Pour that obsession into positive movement in your life. I just channel my obsessions to achieve goals. Choose a direction and increase velocity. Let the momentum carry you when you're feeling week and keep kicking up the steam when you have the strength....go....just go....
