And the custom hockey painting is dry for a certain customer.

Starting very soon, I'm going to start fixing up things in this house. If I'm going to be living here for the entire term of my lease, then I'm going to make it so that I like it. Plus, any work we do, gets taken out of rent as long as we provide the receipts. And there is a lot of work to be done. I'll enjoy it and it will make it easier for the landlord to rent when we move out. I'm excited to get started.

Oh my...I never thought I would ever enjoy the Macarena until I had that visual. 
Now I have no doubt you could rock that. But may I suggest a...slower tempo...so you may fully enjoy the fruits of your labors? (I'm sure you'll want to maximize the time you get the hubby revved up, hehe. If all goes well, you won't be finishing the song, lol.)
