The pattern is painted on and I've started the trim. The pirate fabric is going to go all the way around the trim. I just started, though. I might not get it finished until tomorrow.
I want to go here, but I can't cause I don't have a reliable car to get me 20 minutes from home.

I want to choreograph a burlesque dance for my husband for our anniversary. Shh... don't tell.
I can't think of a good song. If I pick "diamonds are a girl's best friend" he'll think I'm nagging about a ring again.
HELP! I also do not want to do any PCD or broadway songs. "You can leave your hat on" is too cliche.
I'll probably sew the costume myself. Inexpensive, yet, it could still be outrageous.

also, i don't know if this is right for what you're thinking, but my personal favorite striptease-ish song recently is a Depeche Mode song called Corrupt that they wrote for True Blood (thus making it double awesome). i think the full version is a bit longer than in this video, but it'll give you an idea...plus, True Blood....
