So I spent yesterday mostly hanging out by myself at home. Since both my roommates were gone, I decided to take the opportunity to just chill and get some work done. Around 7 I went over to my friend Alex's place in Redhook...she was having a rooftop party and had the perfect spot. She has an enormous roof with a grill set up and a garden and tons of furniture it was exactly what i wanted. Plus, We could see all the fireworks perfectly. It was awesome. Good people, good food, good times. Afterwards I went to the Gowanus Yacht Club with Megan and had another beer and a hot dog and then rode my bike home....ahhhh....don't you just love summertime.
