Yeah I feel ya on the blisters on the feet and stuff but I'm taking the Capoeira workout class with mestranda Edna Lima at New york Sports club - and she teaches a style that blends regional and angola- its called Abada Capoeira- which I really dig- but I've only been practicing on and off for a few months at the gym and eventually I hope to study with her exclusively.
