THIS is a very interesting idea.

Continuous Partial Attention. We are all victims of it.... i know when i lived in Rio i was not on the hyperspeed that living in NYC gives me. I was enjoying life just a little bit more... but at the same time wishing i was somewhere like NYC moving at a hyperspeed. I love Rio but I love the hyperspeed of new NYC. Can I have both? is that possible?

..just a thought.

Could be possible. Maybe just slow down every once in a while and really look at and appreciate what's around you. It's hard to do, you'd think it'd be easy but somehow it's hard.
