One of my roommates is planning on moving out when the lease is up in June.
Mel and I have to find someone else, but first, we need to decide if we are staying here or trying to find a place where we'd have the room for a studio.
Personally, I'd LOVE to have a studio. And for Mel to have the opportunity to actually have room.
