okay, so i'm not quite that egotistical to think that you all can't do without me (clearly, you do just fine!), but it's a fun game to play.

7 more work days until break. i don't know that i've ever so looked forward to it. this has been the fall quarter from hell. i'm used to the usual stress. i'm used to having a few students who wake'n'bake, a few who get in barfights, and a few who stress for no apparent reason. this quarter i've had two get knifed, one get a bottle broken over his head, one raped, one carjacked at gunpoint. it's just a bit much, frankly. but only one student has actually shown up high, so i guess that's something. funny, for all my talking shit, i know there'd be less violence if more of 'em were high. whatever.

geez, it's been so damn long since i updated, what else is going on...

the social distortion show was totally fucking amazing. wow. fucking wow. and - as if that weren't enough - we actually got to spend the evening with
SushiMonster, too. pretty much perfect, if i do say so myself.

caught local boys trailer park playboys fri night, due to their unstinting generosity with tickets. damn fine show! good stuff.

um, mostly just trying to get through the quarter and prepping for the holidays. travel, baking baking baking, etc.
