wow.

fucking wow. we had a party, kids! when all was said and done, the door count was just over 100. not too shabby, if i do say so myself. so - this journal shall constitute an official thank you.

thank you to Elijah for getting us a band. i'm old and they were loud and i admit to spending the last few songs in the bar, but they were good to have!

thank you to TraumaHound for getting us Crispy and getting us connected to the venue. Crispy was as exceptional as ever - people, don't ever miss the chance to catch this show. and the venue was perfect and folks there couldn't have been more helpful.

THANK YOU to jonnytrrrash7 for being the bestestest dj ever!!!! it felt so good to dance again! for now on, if i ever have any excuse/opp for a dj, i'm haulin you down again. as if i didn't adore you enough before, you're stuck with me now!

thank you to sKoTt, SushiMonster, and all the other nice people who kept me, erm, hydrated. um, yeah, enough said.

and, of course, the biggest thank you to ironbhr for making it all happen and keeping me sane. well, as sane as i ever am. i love you, i love you, i love you. you make my world a world i wanna live in.

i finally got to meet the incredibly sweet heatherann007 - didn't know she was so beautiful, too.
Hugodwarf had the best costume of the night - i hope someone got pics. so good, he walked in and got my worst intro of the night. (extends hand) "hi, who the fuck are you?"
ironbhr was an incredibly helpful horny little devil.
jonnytrrrash7 spun for us all night - much to our delight. whenever you see this man, buy him a guinness.
Maxwell_Demon did a rocking Miami Vice.
Prcnct13 was almost as hot as the real Eddie
i almost got to have a full conversation with raBOT - in between noise.
sKoTt was his usual absolutely wonderful company.
got to see the ever-adorable smashedpumpkin33 for the first time since the casa excursion.
i'm fairly sure i met Sonia in passing - but things were getting a little nutso.
Storey was present, but i sure didn't get much time with him... hmmm...
even SushiMonster made it! with a way cool girl. among other things (like just being an awesome chica), she's a makeup artist, so let me know if you want her number, hopefuls!
the lovely and dark TraumaHound was of course there.
i got to meet Tristerosdemon!!! what a sweetie!
Velvet_Night was there, and absolutely dear, but now she's grey, so... hmm...
wofats came away with an authentic Crispy sinu-spike!
Yikes was there, too... not that i got to chat much...
