busy as fuck, i am! it's finals here, so my kids are busy busy busy and looking for me to make it all better. yeah right. 'cause i've not solved all your problems all year you think i'm gonna do it now? oh well. they just have to survive 'til the end of the day and all will be well. unless, of course, they fail.
so, two choices for tonight's events. Halden Wofford is doin an acoustic set at the 'lark which oughta be pretty yummy. but also, the railbenders are competing in some thing down at the blue mule. the bummer with that one is that even they don't know what time... they have to draw straws when they get there for the 9, 10, 11, or 12 slot. that and i dated (very very briefly) the brother of the drummer's fiancee. and i kinda don't wanna run into him if i'm alone. would be odd. and my fave bartender is workin the lark tonight. so that's in the lead as of now. but we'll see. any of y'all local folks got a preference, tell me - k?
and, of course i miss my ironbhr. but somehow, i'm also really really okay. might have something to do with the fact that i just got tix to fly out and see him in july - return the favor as it were. i didn't wanna wait 'til his birthday, impatient chit that i am. so now i just have to pass the family and friends test that he aced last weekend... lol. oh god, can i really already be nervous??
