The state legislature is in the process of passing a statewide smoking ban. Smoking outside, smoking in your own home and car, and that's about it. The Governor hasn't said whether or not he will sign it into law if it gets to him.

I remember when mine were that little. Their utter fascination with you wanes as they grow older, but the bond is still incredibly strong even after they are long grown.
