oh its such a simple story. this party of 15 came in and was sitting at their table for about 20 minutes for a server to take care of them.
this kid josh and i where in the same room that night with the party and i just started my job there about 3 weeks prior and just assumed that josh had the party. but he assumed i did. so nobody did anything til some guy from the party asked for a server and then everything went wrong like food taking forever, drink refills not being met on time blah blah blah so my boss ended up comping the meal- a little over $200.. woops.
it turns out it was supposed to be joshes party not mine but i should have done something because i was in the same section/room. whatever. my boss then fired both of us at the end of the night then said as we where getting out shit "i am so sorry but i spoke out of anger. yadda yadda yadda do you want your jobs back" and there you go. then 2 nights ago i cost him another $150 because the food took forever coming out and i fucked up putting it in the computer and sending. again, woops.
i also get repremanded constently for being a 'smartass' and sarcastic towards customers that deserve it.
i dont see a problem with that one tho ahahhahaha
but the good news is my boss loves me and so i get many chances. well thats the way it looks now but im sure if i dont get my ass in gear its gunna be out of there.
