Hey kiddies- I've been super BUSY this week and I'm hoping that tonight will be the night that I catch up on sleep-
I went to all sorts of PRIDE events this weekend and I only had a good time at one of the many pride events that I went to - oh well - whatever-I just don't think I'm doing as many events next year.

I WENT TO SEE OJOS DE BRUJO on Tuesday at Irving Plaza- I FUCKIN LOOOOOVVEEEE them I want to Marry the front woman and her MC and I got in VIP- Yep- I'm so cool- thanks to some connections that I have at the theater.

I had my Flamenco debut performance yesterday and despite some minor technical difficulties- the show was excellent. I can't wait to be like a great flamenco dancer.

Right now I'm eating a left over cheeseburger and onion rings from last night - a lil pathetic I know but I haven't been able to go food shopping which Im about to do right now as soon as I'm done with this burger.

DREAMING ABOUT planning my 6 month trip to Honduras next year- I'm soooo excited about just the thought and the felling of knowing that I'll be going to stay there for a while

don't worry 'bout it... the show out here was free and the sound was priceless. all summer long they have free shows at a place called stern grove which is where i had the privilege. it is a shaded park with a stage surrounded by trees. yesterday there was an algerian singer who declares he is the king of rai. he was called khaled. to open there was a local dj & doumbek player that threw down sounds alll over the place. all afternoon it was if there were hundreds of bellydancers finding their roots.

as a bonus santanna came out to play half the show. it was a all a mixture of roots reggae, north african sounds and salsa.

i wanna go and find a flamenco guitar.
