I just finished my 66th sketchbook. I have been keeping sketchbooks since 10th grade. I always get excited when I finish one & get to make a new one. It's so silly, just like New Years. It's still paper just like the other book was, just as it's just another day just like it was the year prior to new years eve. But there's this intangible feeling of excitement and newness.
