Looks like things are going to be busy for the next few days. Tomorrow I am volunteering at the LA Marathon at 5:30am. It should be interesting to hand out water instead of run, but I am hoping it will inspire me to start running again after a 2 month break.
Then on Tuesday, I am taking the Criminalist exam with the Sheriff's Dept. This test determines if my application stays active and my interviews get scheduled.
On Wednesday, I'm meeting with my advisor to talk about my Master's thesis. I'll probably spend a couple of days on campus working on that.
Friday, Dmuff and I are off to Texas for my cousin's wedding. We'll be back by Monday, which is when my physical is scheduled for a job I accepted at the university.
However, I am supposed to hear back from the other job that I interviewed for, sometime this week. If I get a better offer, I may have to call the first place and tell them I changed my mind, which will make me feel like a total jerk since both jobs are on the same campus.
I can't wait until everything is back on track, and I have more interesting things to write about!
