Note to self:
Do not take 3 weeks off from running right before your next marathon.
Also, do not run a marathon wearing shoes that are too worn to support you. blackeyed
And, look into that yoga thing. Runners seem to benefit from it, and all the cool kids are doing it.

Thanks for that... I've always know I've had two parts to my personality. The really creative and chaotic side and the linear and more controlled side. Yup finding a way for both to be happy is a really good thing. And yeah look into yoga it has been helpful not only for my running, but just life in general!!!

Well you need to find the muscle training for relaxation and the counter muscles for running. But you are right about the shoes...
