My mediocre Spanish speaking seems to be getting better these days. Sometimes I even surprise myself with the words that I know, especially considering that I never studied the language and only know conversational Spanish. I can barely read it, and most definitely can not write it, but I practice it at work everyday now. That makes me pretty happy because before I went to school, I spoke as much Spanish as I did English.

Dmuff and I are currently looking for a new home. Last weekend we found an amazing place at a great price, and I really, really wanted it. Unfortunately, it's one flaw was that it only came with one parking space, and as some of you may know, the street parking situation in Hollywood is beyond ridiculous. Now, I'm struggling to find another place because I compare everything to the one that got away, and nothing is as good!

We're trying to expand our search a little and are considering Los Feliz, Silverlake, and Studio City as well. I don't know Los Feliz and Silverlake that well so I really hope we don't end up in a great apartment in a creepy neighborhood.

Ummm...have I mentioned that I'm running with the AIDS Marathon Training Team again this year??
