I've been promoted to safety manager at work. I'm getting a raise very soon.

Anyone know how to heal skin fast?

I got a nasty sunburn on Monday when I decided to run from Hollywood to Santa Monica and back. 25 miles without sunblock. oops.

I have a marathon coming up on Sunday, which means I will have another long sun exposure.
Any ideas?

healing skin is a mixture from vitamin E + fat + moisturizer - so get some cream having all that in the pharmacy. a cream for wounds that is. a nasty sunburn is kind of a wound.

use a 30-40 sunblocker at least and renew at some point?
