I ripped my nipple at work yesterday, yeah i was trying to squeeze out of a narrow aisle and my ring got caught on the metal part of the shelves, oo it did hurt and I did ooze nastyness for a while, but im okay now still need to do the salt water treatments but it's all good

i should start lifting weights again, get all swoll and cut n shit then ill finally get the tat of a dragon maybe over a mountain and my back muscles will make it look all 3-d and shit...that'd be cool but not gonna happen anytime soon too lazy to really work out
