so, my friends, part of my delay back to sg was because i was hospitalized for manic depression. im more depressed than manic at the moment, which i can deal with but the mania keeps me up and thinking, and not good thoughts.
the depression stage is taking its toll too, i at this moment cant stand anyone or anything, im impatient, im bored, im aggressive, and easy to anger.
i sleep up to 20 hours a day and believe me would do more if i could.

I have been deadly lax with checking in on people lately.
I have no excuse.
I'm just good at building walls round myself so i don't have to deal with any bad stuff.
