just got back, i was on the road for about a week. i drove to springfield,il; metropolis,il; and nashville,tn. an the week before that i was in kissimmee,fl. so i spend a good chunk of my days in shitty hotels and boring towns. but no matter how little or how long im gone i dont feel like im back unless i go out drinking. so many places have few or shitty bars, or none at all and chicago has a lot of great ones. now i just drove in an im too tired to party but ill do it tomorrow. its not like i havent gone drinking on a tuesday before.

Did you at least get to see Sounds of the Underground this weekend? Gwar was great, as usual, Cannibal Corpse was FUCKING AWESOME, and In Flames was so disappointing and awful I hung my head in shame for what they've become.
