so last night i saw a cop pull over one of those horse carriages on michigan ave. the whole drive home im thinkin what the hell could you do in one of those things to get pulled over. its not lik eit ran a light w/ one horsepower. and its not lik ea beat cop walked over, no i mean fullon car w/ lights and sirens and shit.
